CWSC Coach Licensing Reimbursement Policy

Cincinnati West Soccer Club (“CWSC”) is committed to having licensed coaches on staff and have the expectation that our coaches continue their soccer education during their time with our club.  The club will reimburse coaches and assistant coaches for certain certifications and licensing courses. 

 

Grassroots Certification - reimbursement immediately upon completion.  Coach will present a certificate of completion and receipt to the Cincinnati West Treasurer and Executive Director of Coaching. 

 

D License - will require a commitment to CWSC for a period of two (2) years and reimbursement will be paid in two (2) installments.  The first installment will be paid six (6) months after successful completion of the course and the second will be paid (18) months after completion of the course.  Coach should present a certificate of completion and receipt to the Cincinnati West Treasurer and Executive Director of Coaching.

 

C License - will require a commitment to CWSC for a period of two (2) years and reimbursement will be paid in two (2) installments.  The first installment will be paid six (6) months after successful completion of the course and the second will be paid eighteen (18) months after completion of the course.  Coach should present a certificate of completion and receipt to the Cincinnati West Treasurer and Executive Director of Coaching.

 

B License - will require a commitment to CWSC for a period of three (3) years and reimbursement will be paid in three (3) installments.  The first will be paid six (6) months after successful completion of the course, the second will be paid eighteen (18) months after completion of the course and the final installment will be paid (24) months after completion of the course.  Coach should present a certificate of completion and receipt to the Cincinnati West Treasurer and Executive Director of Coaching.

 

A License - will require a commitment to CWSC for a period of four (4) years and reimbursement will be paid in four (4) installments.  The first will be paid six (6) months after successful completion of the course, the second will be paid eighteen (18) months after completion of the course, the third will be paid twenty four (24) months after completion of the course and the final payment will be paid thirty-six (36) months after completion of the course. Coach should present a certificate of completion and receipt to the Cincinnati West Treasurer and Executive Director of Coaching.

 

The Board and Executive Director of Coaching will consider reimbursement for other certifications and training sessions on a case by case basis. 

 

This policy is effective as of December 1, 2022.
